Product Introduction
Application This equipment is mainly applied in various material of round cans for example, pop can , paper cans, tin cans and plastic cans to edge sealing. The main feature is drived by one motor, simple structure and stable operation. The equipment consists of transmission device,rotating head,sealing wheel, holding tank plate,guide shaft,etc. Features Put in and out of the bottle is by man, the lifting and edging of the bottle is automatic. Low labour intensity than pedal type and production capacity is higher than pedal type. Operating method 1).open the power supply, put the bottle on the working stand, cover the cap, jack up the pedal by foot. 2).pull the handle to the inside, loose the foot, when the bottle is off, turn back the handle. Adjustment and maintenance This machine generally do not need foundation screws to fix, just put it flat, but must be grounded. Power on, check if the direction of rotation is consistent with operation signs. After the equipment run normal without loading, put on the bottle to do test
